Free Flood Disaster Workshop held in Butler City, Butler County by the Pennsylvania Volunteers and the City of Butler.

Speakers at the Butler City Flood Disaster Workshop held on October 9th at the Butler City Fire Station.


Butler County Commissioner Kevin Boozel, Flood Insurance agent Brian Sholes of Mitchel Insurance, Butler City Emergency Management Coordinator Chris Marlar, Asst. Manager of Butler LOWE’s Mark Daubenspeck, Vice President of the Pennsylvania Volunteers Rich Wilson, Pennsylvania Volunteers Director of Sheltering Paul “Paco” Garcia, Pennsylvania Volunteers President Ken Baker, Team Rubicon members Jacki Temple and Leah Bortnick.  Butler City Engineer Joe Grey and Butler City Councilman Mike Walter were also in attendance.

The NEXT FLOOD DISASTER WORKSHOP WILL BE ON NOVEMBER 2ND, again at the Butler City Fire Station from 10am till 12 Noon. Everyone, residents and businesses alike are invited to this FREE Workshop.
